Eligibility & Mandatory Documents

The Legal Appointment Process

For Companies (Directors)

  2. Consent (DIR-2): The proposed director must submit written consent in Form DIR-2.
  3. Board Resolution: Convene a board meeting to pass a resolution approving the appointment.

For LLPs (Partners)

  1. DSC Application: Obtain a DSC for the incoming partner.
  2. LLP Agreement: Draft and execute a Supplementary LLP Agreement to reflect the new partner.
